There is a soft knock on floor to ceiling, double oak doors.
Our butler enters like a ninja. He glides across the floor like an apparition and deposits 2x banana daiquiris within arm’s reach.
I am distracted by a thought and when I turn to thank him, he has disappeared. I cast a slow, sweeping glance around the Aurora boardroom. We are on the top floor of the Rialto, looking out at the grey Melbourne below.
We have had the time for both peaceful reflection and contemplation. This week has been educational. We have learnt that people like free stuff. We have learnt that people want more free stuff.
It is time to reiterate the pledge and release the 2nd track.
A financial adviser plummets past our window. I tilt my head slightly, wondering how he got onto the roof. There should only be private access from our personal lift.
I silently thank him for the good segue.
He is off Into The Great Unknown. Enjoy the journey.
